Courimed is purpose-built for healthcare. General couriers handle packages. On top of that, we offer flat pricing with no surge fees and structured delivery windows that let you plan your operations.
Services & Delivery

What We Deliver & How

Courimed delivers across 6 categories: (1) Prescription and OTC medications, (2) Laboratory specimens and biological samples, (3) Cold chain products including vaccines, insulin, and biologics, (4) Blood products including packed red cells, plasma, platelets, and whole blood, (5) Medical devices and consumables including equipment, PPE, and surgical supplies, and (6) Cosmetics and prescription dermatology products.

Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate thermal packaging — insulated carriers and ice packs or dry ice as required — before dispatch. Our couriers are trained in cold chain handling protocols and understand that the packaging must not be opened during transit. Cold chain integrity is maintained from your facility to the recipient.

Specimens are transported in biohazard-compliant, leak-proof containers with absorbent material. Our couriers are trained in specimen transport protocols — keeping samples upright, at appropriate temperature, and protected from shock. Chain of custody documentation is maintained throughout, with timestamps at pickup and delivery.

Every delivery involves two PIN codes. A Pickup PIN is generated when you book — the authorised person at the pickup location provides this to the courier before the item can be collected. A Dropoff PIN is shared with the intended recipient — they must provide this to the courier before the item is released. This ensures no medical item is collected from or delivered to the wrong person.

Yes. Once a delivery is booked, you can track its status on your Courimed dashboard. The delivery goes through several stages — New, Pending Assignment, Assigned, Picked Up, In Transit, and Delivered — each with a timestamp. You and your recipient can see the current status at any point during the delivery.

Blood products are treated as priority deliveries and handled with strict cold chain compliance. Packed red cells and whole blood are transported in validated cold boxes. Platelets are kept at room temperature with gentle agitation. All blood products are labelled, documented, and transferred to the receiving clinician or blood bank with a signed handover. Delivery Windows

Scheduling & Delivery Times

Courimed offers four delivery windows every day: Morning (8AM–11AM), Mid-Morning (11AM–1PM), Afternoon (1PM–3PM), and Evening (3PM–5PM). When you book a delivery, you select the window for delivery arrival. Your courier will arrive within that 2-hour window.

You can book a delivery for any available window on the same day as long as the booking is made before that window opens. For example, to book a morning window delivery (8–11AM), you would need to book before 8AM. We recommend booking as early as possible to confirm your slot.

Yes. You can schedule deliveries in advance. Select the desired delivery date and window when booking. Your delivery will be assigned to a courier for that specific window on the scheduled date.

We aim to complete all deliveries within the selected window. If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you and escalate the delivery for priority dispatch. Contact us directly on 08104085241 or hello@courimed.com if your delivery has exceeded its window.

Courimed operates seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. For public holiday availability, please check with our team in advance by calling 08104085241 or emailing hello@courimed.com.

Credit Line

Deliver Now, Pay Later

Credit invoicing allows approved customers to complete deliveries without making an upfront payment. All deliveries from a weekly cycle (Sunday to Saturday) are compiled into a single statement. The statement is issued after the cycle ends, and payment is due the following Tuesday. This lets your business manage delivery costs within your existing procurement and payment cycles.

Contact us at hello@courimed.com or 08104085241 to discuss credit eligibility for your business. Our team will review your application and onboard you to a credit line if approved. All new credit customers begin with a 7-day credit term.

Courimed offers four credit tiers based on your account history:
  • 7 days — All new credit customers
  • 14 days — After 1–2 months of good payment standing
  • 21 days — After 3 months of consistent on-time payment
  • 28 days — After 6 months of trusted payment history
Credit terms are reviewed and upgraded automatically — you do not need to apply for a review.

Good standing means consistently paying your weekly invoices by the due date (the Tuesday following each weekly cycle). Missed or late payments reset the review period and may affect your credit terms. Consistent on-time payments are the only requirement for term upgrades.

All credit deliveries, outstanding balances, and weekly statements are accessible on your Billing page within the Courimed app. You can download statements as PDFs for your accounting records.
